Mamdouh Tarabishi

I work at the intersection of AI, enterprise systems and commerce, designing the technology, architecture and teams behind them.

What I Do

Turning complex problems into practical, scalable systems.

Enterprise AI & Agents

AI agent architecture, enterprise knowledge systems, governance, private AI, permissions, observability and practical adoption.

Enterprise Architecture

Architecture strategy, distributed systems, integrations, platforms, technology strategy and technical leadership.

Enterprise Commerce & Retail

Enterprise retail and commerce architecture from composable platforms and Shopify Plus to integrations, catalog, order management, AI-driven commerce and agent-ready experiences.

What I’m exploring, building and thinking about now.

AI Agents in the Enterprise

From pilots to production systems that can be trusted with real business workflows.

Knowledge & Permissions

RAG, MCP, context, governance, permissions and what agents should actually be allowed to do.

Agent-Ready Commerce

How AI agents change discovery, commerce interfaces, workflows and architecture.

AI-Native Engineering

How AI coding agents are changing engineering workflows, architecture boundaries and software delivery.

What I’m Building

Products and platforms where AI, architecture and product thinking meet real implementation.
